Refund Policy

Digital Products
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Once a PDF has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund. Refunds are issued by The Blair Kenner Group, LLC.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: (1) you were charged but did not receive your download link; (2) the file you received was corrupted or unreadable; (3) you were charged twice for the same order. In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions above, please use the Contact page and include your order reference number (found in your confirmation email) and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Free Downloads
The Christian Field Guide Companion is free and requires no purchase, so no refund policy applies.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery.
